We try our best to ship orders efficiently & quickly as possible however it may take up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS for your purchase to ship (not including weekends and holidays).
- All INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via UPS.
- If your order includes PREORDER item(s), we will hold entire order until all items are available to ship.
Please place a SEPARATE order should you need your in stock item(s) right away.
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

However, please understand that Samaya Raye, LLC and the shipping carriers are two separate entities.
Should you have an issues or concerns regarding your package delivery, Please contact the shipping carrier.
- Once the shipping carrier has marked your package as accepted and/or delivered. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, missing or stolen packages.
- If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive. Please utilize the steps below for assistance.
- We ship all orders with insurance coverage. Should you have any issues or concerns about your package, Please contact shipping carrier to open inquiry/claim.
- If your package is undeliverable and/or returned to us due to non delivery or return to sender, it will be your responsibility to pay for postage or import fee charge (if applicable) to have the package shipped again. Failure to pay within 24 hours of postage invoice being emailed will result in the item(s) being restocked and a store credit will be issued minus/less a 5% restocking fee and/or import fee charged for return (if applicable). A refund WILL NOT be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

You may request to cancel your order if it has not shipped however we will only issue a store credit for the orders value minus a 5% restocking/cancellation fee. This policy does not apply to SALES. Please email us for assistance with a cancellation request.

- For the protection of the card holder, billing and shipping address must match. If not, you may receive an email asking for a clear picture of your photo ID & the card used when placing the order (only the last 4 digits) to verify.
