    We will respond within 2-24 hours. 



     Please Note:

    • If you received an incorrect or damaged item*, contact us immediately, please include images of the item. 
    We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to return the faulty or incorrect item for exchange/replacement of same item. If item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative resolution or store credit. 

    Please note: You must contact us within 48hrs of delivery date to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the item within 5 days.
        • Important: *Damage clause is not applicable to any seamless or nylon purchase. As this material is prone to ripe and tore. Additionally any items that are accessorized with jewels, gems, stones, diamonds, bejeweled; etc are inspected prior to shipping and are considered FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTION. 
        • If your package is undeliverable and/or returned to us due to non delivery or return to sender, it will be your responsibility to pay for postage to have the package shipped again. Failure to pay within 48 hours of postage invoice being emailed will result in the item(s) being restocked and a store credit will be issued. A refund WILL NOT be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS!!  
      • Most packages are shipped with Insurance* (up to $100 coverage). Should you have any issues, concerns or if your package is missing or arrives damaged. Please contact the Shipping carrier to file a claim.
