       Please Note:

      Cancellation 

      • You may request to cancel your order if it has not shipped however we will only issue a store credit for the orders value minus a 5% restocking/cancellation fee. This policy does not apply to SALES. Please email us for assistance with cancellation request. 
        NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. NO EXCEPTION!
      Damage/Defective 
      • If you received an incorrect or damage/defective* item/order, please contact us with 48 hours of delivery (2 days).  You must include name, email address, order # & images/defect of the item).  Any damage/defective items reported after the (2) days will NOT be accepted.
      We will provide the best solution to quickly resolve any issue, including a prepaid shipping label via email to return the faulty or incorrect item for exchange/replacement of same item. If item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative resolution or store credit. 

      Please note: You must contact us within 48hrs of delivery date (2 days) to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the item within 3 days. If returned after 3 days, package will not be accepted.
      NO EXCEPTION! 

      Important: *Damage clause is not applicable to any seamless or nylon purchase. As this material is prone to rip and tore. Additionally any items that are accessorized with jewels, gems, stones, diamonds, bejeweled; etc are inspected prior to shipping and are considered FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTION. 

      Delivery 
      • If your package is undeliverable and/or returned to us due to non delivery or return to sender, it will be your responsibility to pay for postage or import fee charge (if applicable)  to have the package shipped again. Failure to pay within 24 hours of postage invoice being emailed will result in the item(s) being restocked and a store credit will be issued minus/less a 5% restocking fee and/or import fee charged for return (if applicable).  
        A refund WILL NOT be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS!!  

       

      • All packages are shipped with Insurance coverage.  Should you have any issues, concerns or if your package is missing or arrives damaged. Please contact the Shipping carrier to file a claim.
