Your satisfaction is our top priority! 

We DO NOT issue Refunds at this time, however we do offer Returns/Exchanges on regular priced items, not purchased during a SALE.

If you would like to return/exchange your regular priced purchase, Please notify us within 1- 3 days of delivery. We will gladly provide an e-gift card upon return of the unused or worn items less cost of shipping. The e-gift card will never expire and can be used anytime. 

In the unlikely case you receive the wrong item or your item is damaged or defective (see Notes below). You must notify us within 1- 3 days of delivery via email. We will make every effort to satisfy the matter.

How to Return/Exchange -

  1. Send email to to be given a return authorization number.
  2. Package item(s), preferably in the same polymailer your item was delivered. Be sure to  include in package a note with return authorization number (ex. R1000).
  3. Return via carrier of your choice. Return MUST be returned with a tracking number.
  4.  After shipping back please email return tracking number in the same thread used to gain the return authorization number. 
  5.  Please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive e-gift card via email.

Please utilize size chart and item description box as a selection reference. 

•Customer can request to cancel order, if requested PRIOR to order being shipped.

•Orders can not be modified after being processed.

•No Return/Exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization or that was purchased during a Sale and should not be sent back to us as it WILL NOT be issued an eGift nor be sent back to you. 

•Items purchased during a SALES promotion or that are Preorders will be considered a FINAL SALE.  We will NOT accept a return on these items.

•Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns. Unless theres an error and we assume responsibility.

•We have the right to refuse returns, if item is not in resaleable condition due to item being damaged or worn/used. 

•Footwear items that are accessorized with Jewels (ie Rhinestone, Gems, Studs, Crystals, Diamonds etc.) are inspected prior to being shipped to ensure all jewels are intact. And considered a FINAL SALE. Contact shipping carrier to report damage and file a claim.
