Shipping and Delivery Policy

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier to deliver packages.  However at times we may use another carrier.  Once your payment is verified, it can take 1-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once  shipping carrier has marked your package as accepted and/or delivered. Please contact shipping carrier to file  inquiry/claim.  

Important Note:

  • Shipping cost are non refundable 

  • Orders May not be processed if billing address and shipping address DO NOT match 
  • Order that has characteristics of fraud will be cancelled, immediately. 
  • Customer can request to cancel order, if request is made prior to order being shipped. See Contact Us section. 
  • Orders CAN NOT be modified after being processed.
